Elevated Add-Ons

Additional time beyond package hours: $150 per hour
Additional expert handlers — $500+ per day-of, based on requirements and package
Professional in-home pet care (pre- or post-event) — starting at $200 per day
On-site supervised sanctuary — $100 per hour. Your pet remains close, calm, and delightfully occupied—never underfoot. Features walks, toys, refreshments, lounging, and frequent check-ins during preparations or post-celebration moments.

We begin with a complimentary phone consultation for you to share your vision and craft a truly bespoke experience. During this call, we will also arrange for the required in-person assessment of your cherished companion(s) and, if aligned, finalize arrangements. Assessments are $150, non-refundable and typically last up to two hours.

Absolute Discretion

Every client enjoys complete confidentiality. No photograph or detail will ever appear on Horse & Hearth channels without your explicit, prior written consent.

Travel beyond 30 miles of 16066, as well as specialized care for pets with unique needs (e.g., anxiety or medical considerations), will be quoted separately.

Terms-

50% is due at contract signing (non-refundable) and remaining balance must be paid 30 days in advance of event. No refunds 60 days out from event.
